In Chinese medicine, two people with the same symptoms may need different herbal formulas. Dr. Onlai considers your health history, symptoms, and individual constitution to develop a personalized herbal treatment plan.

Looking for a natural, holistic approach to facial rejuvenation? Facial acupuncture is a traditional treatment that aims to support local circulation, facial relaxation, and overall skin wellness.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, skin health is viewed as closely connected to the body's internal balance. Rather than focusing on appearance alone, facial acupuncture takes a whole body approach to beauty and wellness.
Depending on your individual needs, treatments may include body acupuncture, Facial Gua Sha, facial cupping, LED light therapy, and acupressure massage.
Facial Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses a smooth-edged stone, such as jade, Bian stone, to gently massage the face and neck, encouraging local circulation and relaxation.
Beyond skincare, Facial Gua Sha may help reduce facial puffiness, and ease tension in the jaw, face, and neck, making it a soothing option for those experiencing facial tightness or stress-related muscle tension.
This gentle treatment offers a moment to unwind while supporting facial wellness and overall relaxation.
Fire cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that uses heat to create suction inside glass cups, gently lifting the skin and underlying soft tissue to stimulate local circulation.
Traditionally used to promote the flow of Qi and Blood and address patterns of stagnation or dampness, fire cupping may help relieve muscle tension, neck and back discomfort, and promote relaxation.
Drawing on her clinical experience in China, where she frequently combined acupuncture and fire cupping in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, Dr. Onlai brings a hands on, incorporating her own custom blended Chinese herbal oil.
Ear seeding is a gentle, needle- free therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on the concept that the ear acts as a microsystem of the body, small adhesive beads are placed on specific ear points to provide ongoing acupressure.
Often used to support relaxation, stress management, jet lags, and overall wellness, ear seeding allows you to gently stimulate selected points at home between treatments. it is also commonly paired with acupuncture as a complementary technique.
